This is a weekend batch of aspiring Vaasi Yogis in English language. This is a beginner Vaasi Yoga course.
The classes (includes lectures and Vaasi initiations) will be conducted in two sessions:
Session 1 (Saturday): 8 AM to 5 PM with a lunch break around noon
Session 2 (Sunday): 8 AM to 5 PM with a lunch break around noon
