I got introduced to Vaasi Yoga in Feb-2019 and have been a regular practitioner since. I have attended other yoga camps in the past and learned many prominent yogic techniques too but I was never consistent practitioner after a couple of initial weeks. But Vaasi Yoga became an obsession right from day one in my life probably because I saw instant health benefit. I have been suffering from Chronic Urticaria (a.k.a Chronic Hives) for over 22 years. The only way for me remain sane and look normal was to take shots of Xolair every 3-4 weeks for many years. However, since I adopted Vaasi practice, things changed right from the very beginning. For the first time, I went for my Xolair shots after 6 weeks. And after 5 months of daily Vaasi practice, the interval has now gone up to 8 or 9 weeks between two shots. I truly believe that I will be able to get off my Xolair shots in another 6 months time and will be able to lead a disease-free live like Swamiji had suggested when I got initiated in Vaasi Yoga! I am forever grateful to the friends who got me introduced to the incredible Vaasi Yoga!
Life has been crazy. I’ve been pushed beyond my limits lately with work,school,kids and worry. But I just keep
pushing forward with faith that everything happens for a reason.God always gives you what you need when you need
it.My guru showed up when I needed him. Swamiji has taught me so much in the last year and his unwavering
faith,devotion and love for our planet and people is such an inspiration. I’m beyond thankful for his blessings and
teachings and hope I can be a small beacon of light in my community, at the hospital and for my children. Thank

I have been practicing Vaasi Yoga regularly except for the days I was traveling. I feel great practicing daily. I have been to other yoga classes in the past and discontinued after a few weeks even though their practice time was approximately 30 minutes. However, I have been practicing Vaasi Yoga over 9 months consistently even though it takes more than an hour as I feel relaxed immediately after completion of the session. Something is happening inside of me that I can’t explain. But that is the reason I have been able to stay committed on a daily basis. I want to thank Anbu, Ravi and Renganathan because of whom I got introduced to Vaasi Yoga course. I am grateful.
Frequent nose blocks, non-stop sneezing (allergies) and Asthma attacks combined with busy work life and kids have been major blockers for me in practice of Vaasi Yoga. Taking Guruji’s advice to try practicing as much as I can, I started with doing 10 minutes at a time and started doing at least 3-4 days per week. Slowly, over a period of 4 months, I was able to increase my practice time and I came to a stage where I could practice everyday of the week consistently. When you want it wholeheartedly, it is said that the universe ads you to get there! Recently, I am able to wake up at 4 AM without any aid of alarms. I have not used my Asthma inhaler for a very long time and my allergic reactions have reduced to very minimum these days. Emotionally also, my family and friends say a lot of good stuff that I failed to notice in myself – more calmer, more improved relationships with my family etc. Feeling very blessed! I would like to encourage every Vaasi Yogi who has fallen out of practice to start again and take small steps! Things will automatically fall into rhythm.
My lab technician found my Glucose level to be a perfect like a child’s at 99 when I got it checked last time. My grandfather was diabetic, my father is diabetic as well as my brother. Since I adopted Vaasi Yoga, I am Diabetes free and disease free. Pancha Bhootas shield and support as we practice VaasI Yoga regularly without break.
I have a news to share. My Cancer Marker went down from 48.7 to 41.3 and I strongly feel it’s due to regular practice of Vaasi Yoga. I know Swamiji would be very happy to hear the news!
I have been practicing Vaasi for more than an year now. First of all I want to thank Ayya. The day I met him I knew how fortunate I was to get him as Guru. I enjoy being in the class and listening to him. Practicing Vaasi has brought in many good behavioral changes in me. I also felt Vaasi guides me in the right path. I’m doing Vaasi Yoga mediatation regularly from 4.30am to 6.00 am. Doing Vaasi Yoga always make me brisk physically and mentally. During my routine life I feel happy and stress free which cannot be explained to others!
For the last two months I have been doing Vaasi Yoga regularly for the past two months. I was having severe wheezing problem with continuous cough which could not be controlled for at least two to three days even with medicine for the last six months. But now after started doing this yoga my wheezing and cough are in control without using medicine. I really feel very happy by doing this yoga and my health has improved. Thank you GuruDev!
Why do I believe in Vaasi Breathing? I will mention only the health benefits and not get into spiritual benefits.times a year.
First, I used to get very bad cold infections atleast two times a year. I used to suffer for one to two weeks with runny nose,watery eyes,cough,body aches,headache,fever etc. Since started practicing Vaasi breathing I don’t suffer from sever cold any more.
Second, I do ‘Nirjal Ekadasi Upavasam’ (total fasting without water) twice a month and at the end I tend to feel weak. Now when I do Vaasi during fasting each cycle of breathing I can very clearly feel the difference in my energy levels as if I am connected to some universal power source and get charged with each cycle of breathing. At the end of the practice I feel like I can go for another 36 hours without food or water.
Third Vaasi breathing is like alternating between oxygen fasting and oxygen boosting . That is like cleaning and energizing each part of the body. I know it sounds silly,but trust me, that is exactly how I feel it works. If you practicing for a couple of months you will start realizing how effective this technique is! I strongly recommend others to practice and live a happy and heathy life! Acharya Devo Bhava!
I am a Siddha Medicine Physician.I have been doing Vaasi for quite sometime. It gives me full respiration and makes me feel fresh for the entire day. Nowadays I feel that I think better and make positive approaches in critical situations. It must be due to my Vaasi Yoga practice, Thank You Swamiji!
I was suffering from severe sinus /nose block issues and wanted to practice some form of Yoga to get relief. Bala, one of the Vaasi group members of Atalnta, recommended to attend beginner class conducted by Swamiji in March 2019. I started enjoying the bliss during meditation right after practicing Vaasi. After 4 months of practice completely recovered from sinus and nose block issues. Diagnosed as pre diabetic before starting Vaasi, all my vitals are back to normal per my blood work this year. I realized my energy level running superior when I was able to assist my friends kid with highly demanding Scout activity for about 10 hours during cold winter month of January. Besides health benefits Vaasi brought discipline into my life and transformed me into a morning person. I learned the scientific system of Vaasi Yoga Meditation from Swami last May.The practice of Vaasi strengthens the immune system. It is a combination of breathing exercises,mediation and works with the chakra system in the body with sacred mantras. I am so very grateful for the practice of Vaasi. I have had lung “stuff” for a good part of my life. Vaasi has helped me greatly!
On shivrathri day when we did group Vaasi meditation 6 times in the presence of swamiji was one of the greatest days in my life. The midnight meditation was so powerful and Blissful gave me vibration, in Ajna chakra at the center of head and felt the energy all over my body and felt refreshed. Before Vaasi initiation used to feel tired,lethargic and was not able to observe fasting due to gastric problem. Practicing Vaasi for a week felt more energetic and enthusiastic and practicing Vaasi for a month able to do water fasting for 24 hours.Within short span of time I could see huge progress in me both physically and spiritually. My frequent migraine trouble subsided without taking any medicine. vaasi has become part of my life. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to learn Vaasi and Guruji for teaching me this highest knowledge!
